This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy free wifi, 24-hour reception, and a nice indoor pool. The friendly staff helped me with local spots during my first stay. I’ll be back for Christmas!

The location was ideal, and the friendly staff made a positive impression. the room left much to be desired. I encountered unclean floors, stained bedding, and an overall musty smell that was quite off-putting. It feels like this place needs serious attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

Had a decent time, but the room was dirty and riddled with bugs. On the bright side, the indoor pool was warm and heaps of fun for the kids!

Request extra towels upon check-in to avoid hassle later. they can be scarce at times.

However, I wished there were more options. The dining area felt a bit cramped during peak hours. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit frustrating. our key cards didn't work multiple times. I also noticed some dirty spots on the floors that could use more attention. Despite some minor inconveniences, the friendly staff made a difference during our stay. Overall, I would say it met most of our needs and provided a good value for the price.

During our stay at Howard Johnson, the friendly atmosphere and spacious room enhanced our experience. Although the bathroom cleanliness could improve, the local attractions made our visit enjoyable, particularly for my daughter. The overall ambiance complemented our family's exploration of Pigeon Forge.

We had an amazing time with the kids at the outdoor pool! 😍 It was huge and fun! The only downside was the breakfast selection; a few healthier options would’ve made it perfect.

The indoor heated pool was a delightful surprise, and the teddy bear shaped waffles at breakfast added a whimsical touch to our getaway.

The location offers easy access to attractions, making it convenient for quick adventures. Spacious rooms with two queen beds provide plenty of space for families. Handy amenities like a microwave and refrigerator for late-night snacks.

However, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. I found unmade beds and dirty floors that made the whole experience feel rushed. There were also serious shortages in towels and housekeeping services, which can be frustrating especially when you’re looking to unwind. The indoor pool doesn't maintain a comfortable temperature, often feeling hotter than expected, and the lack of available towels during our entire stay added to the inconvenience.

The indoor pool was the best part of our stay! However, we did deal with a lack of cleanliness in our room – definitely hoping for better next time.
